Best practices for employers to support the use of public transport

 This interactive map is a collection of tried and tested practices in mobility management for companies. This tool aims to identify new approaches in organizing work-related travel more sustainably and bring this knowledge into the dialogue with regional and national stakeholders in the theme. HUPMOBILE project identified these different initiatives by going through different knowledge bases, contacting different national organizations on the theme and with a survey among HUPMOBILE partner cities. Publicly available descriptions of the lessons learned and benefits from these efforts were preferred in selecting the practices for this tool.

The structure of this tool is hierarchical – starting from national activities and ending to the possibilities of a work community to take things into their hands and organize their work-related travel more sustainably:
